It’s incredible what those men did on those beaches. You just couldn’t imagine it… What is your radio recording for? How exciting!
wow. Full respect. It’s difficult to even begin to imagine what those young men went through.
I know, he never talked about the war and I only really knew the significance of the D day Landings ,when Geoffrey bought a little blow-up dinghy with an outboard motor and painstakingly painted her name ‘Utah’ on the side
