Blimey, I had no idea that such violence existed against people with disabilities. It makes me ashamed of the human species
Sadly ,I believe, wherever there are vulnerable people ,there is a possibility of abuse
BUT I also think society is a lot different and more understanding than it used to be .
I hope these are very rare incidences
